FAQs

  • We love to get to know our couples first and hear the details about their day! After the first consultation, we take a 20% deposit to secure your date! We will then have another consultation leading up to the wedding (4-6 weeks out) to discuss all things content, timelines and locations!

    The remaining 80% of the payment is due one week from your wedding date. We are reachable at any time and are always happy to chat more or answer any questions!

  • We do not just put the best clips together and add on a trending sound. We have a clear and thoughtful process of how we edit our videos.

    The ‘Documentary Style Wedding Day Edit’ is a documentary-style video of your whole day from start to finish (approx 90 seconds).

    A ‘Short Form Edit’ usually focuses on a particular moment, from the day such as sunset photos or portraits, and has a much more creative editing style (30 seconds).

    A Mini Edit captures a brief but meaningful moment, such as a dress change or cake cutting, using a short sequence of clips to preserve the memory (10 seconds).

  • Yes, of course! We capture weddings anywhere in the world, and that includes Australia. If your wedding is outside South Australia, let us know in the enquiry form and we can discuss more details then. Travel fees do apply.

  • We deliver all the content through Google Drive. We recommend you have the app downloaded before we deliver the content. Make sure your phone has enough storage to download the raw footage as well!

  • Absolutely! If you would like a package created around your day, don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We are always willing to try and help capture your day in any way possible.

  • Yes, any requests for additional edits are welcome! Additional edits start at $80.
